About the Art

This painting is an integration of contemporary art with traditional Paubha iconography, that portrays humans’ sadistic supremacism and exploitation of the Nature.

It portrays a deity whose heads are replaced by a buffalo, a cow, a pig, Asha (artist) and Erina (artist’s wife), with an aim to renew our perception towards our environment and our planet; lighting a path to coexistence and mutual sustenance.
