About the Art

Chakrasamvara is the deity of the highest yoga tantra. “Samvara” stands for supreme bliss. The practice of Chakrasamvara contemplates realizing the non-duality and emptiness aspect of the mind. He is deep blue and is in ecstatic union with his consort Vajravarahi, who is red. Both the deities are Buddhas by their right and represent Buddhahood. Their union symbolizes wisdom and compassion, which are inseparable in the enlightened state.
