About the Art

“The God of Divine Wisdom”, Manjushree bestows perfection of Dharma, Retentive Memory, Perfection of Mind. Also considered as one of the forms of Bodhisattā. The Nepalese legend believe that the Manjushree advance from Uttahshisaan, Great China (Maha Chin) and formed the Kathmandu Valley that we know today. Manjushree seated in Dharma Chakra Mudra. In the top left lotus position, Chandrahasa Khadga (double edged sword) on the right is Prajñāpāramitā Scripture.
