Born in 1995, Giri holds a Bachelor degree from Srijana College of Fine Arts. Fascinated by the Nepal World Heritage sites and the richness of Nepal’s cultures, traditions, attires, cuisines, and arts, Giri draws influences from Nepali lives, localities and nature in his art.
Though he feels he is still striving for impulse and motivation, Giri holds an impressive portfolio. In 2017, he participated in a Painting and Printmaking Workshop in Hetauda. He volunteered on the Taue Project 2017 with Japanese sculptor Setsu Suzuki in Harnamadi, Hetauda. In 2018, he volunteered at the Himalayan Art Festival and Srijana Children Art Workshop. His work has been exhibited at the BFA Show 2018 at the Nepal art Council, The Music Art Gallery, and at the National Art Exhibition hosted by Nepal Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA).
