The artwork, titled ‘Shunyata’, explores the philosophy of Buddha, focusing on the existence of elements. According to Buddhism, elements are conceptual constructions, impermanent collections of causes and effects. The artwork aims to explain the four kinds of elements: earth, water, air, and fire. The aim is to learn and express the philosophy of ‘Shunyata’ in a simple way, highlighting the importance of understanding the Buddha’s teachings. The artist has created a sculptural composition using stone and metal, featuring a combination of the ‘Shunyata’ symbol and Dhyana Mudra hands. The artwork will be itched with four elements, earth, water, air, and fire, to introduce Buddha’s philosophy of truth in a simple way. The artwork aims to re-introduce Buddha’s teachings to the public.
